Our GDPR module is a tool to ensure that your handling of personal data complies with the rules and regulations of the GDPR.

All companies are required to have a register detailing how to handle personal data. The register shall contain information on who is responsible for a particular register or IT system, what it is used for, what types of people appear in it, what types of data it contains and on what legal basis the data is handled.

Personal data may be collected for a specific purpose and may not be used for other purposes at a later date.

We have gathered everything you need to be able to keep track of this and handle your personal data in a correct and controlled manner.

The GDPR Portal gives you a platform to gather everything related to your company and GDPR:

  • Home page with information, news, etc.
  • Register list - a structured register of the company's records that process personal data. Multi-level filtering/sortable
  • Incident records - to record, follow up and manage incidents and actions as they occur
  • Consent Register - a library to either: Save agreements on consents or link to the places where consents were stored
  • GDPR Documentation - documents and templates related to the company's GDPR work
  • External IT systems - inventory list to keep track of which external IT systems are being used and why. Can store System Name, Purpose, Task and PUBA written
