Cognit Consulting AB with organization number 559010-4021 (“Cognit Consulting”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data and is responsible for handling personal data in accordance with Swedish law.

Newsletters

When you sign up to receive our newsletter, we collect your email address.

We process your email address if you enter into a chat conversation with us on our website Cognit.se, and you choose to register your email address in the chat window.

The treatment lasts until the meeting has been completed and three months have elapsed.

The processing is necessary to keep notes and records regarding what we offer you.

The processing is based on the fact that it is necessary in order to be able to take action in the framework of a negotiation process, prior to the conclusion of an agreement.

The processing consists until one year has elapsed from your last correspondence with us prior to the conclusion of a contract or until you enter into an agreement with us or until you have expressly indicated that you no longer intend to enter into a contract with us.

Purchase of service

When you purchase a service from us, we process your name, email address, telephone number and address.

To the extent that your name or address appears in our accounts, this data will be processed in order for us to properly archive accounting data.
